On this page you will find everything you need to help prepare, complete and submit your accreditation application.
Through our company accreditation scheme we work with you to recognise existing training and development provisions, or develop a new framework.
You will have a dedicated professional standards specialist as your Royal Society of Chemistry contact as you prepare your application. They will support you through every step of your path to accreditation.
Resources:
Once you have chosen your scheme coordinator and sponsor, and mapped out your company’s role descriptors, training and development to the award requirements, you are ready to submit your application.
Resources:
We will arrange a site visit for the Royal Society of Chemistry staff and your peer assessor.
Your peer assessor will be professionally active within the chemical sciences and have knowledge of the professional awards. Your assessor will use the information gathered on this visit to recommend accreditation or any changes prior to accreditation.
Resources:
See page 14 of ‘A guide to accrediting your professional development scheme’ for step-by-step information and an example visit agenda.
